Controlled refill point at Midway Mews
Our refill area follows clear customer safety rules before cylinders are handled.
Cylinder requirements
- Safe physical condition: no major dents, cracks, or impact damage.
- No heavy rust: surface marks are fine, but severe rust can compromise cylinder safety.
- Functional valve: the valve must seal properly and operate without sticking.
- Suitable for refill: the cylinder type must match our refill equipment.
- Staff decision is final: if a cylinder is unsafe, we will refuse to refill it.
Before you arrive
- Check your cylinder size.
- Confirm stock for large cylinders such as 19kg and 48kg.
- Transport your cylinder upright where possible.
- Make sure the valve is closed.
- Do not bring leaking or badly damaged cylinders.
Why these rules matter
LPG must be handled carefully. These rules help protect customers, staff, vehicles, and the refill area.
